Terms & Conditions

Last updated: October 6, 2026

1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any freelance web development or AI automation services ("Services") provided by Imdadullah ("I", "me"). By browsing this site, contacting me for work, or engaging my Services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services Provided

I provide custom web development (including but not limited to frontend, full-stack, and e-commerce websites) and AI automation services (including chatbot development and workflow automation using tools such as n8n). The exact scope, deliverables, and timeline for any project are agreed upon individually with each client before work begins, typically via a proposal, contract, or written agreement outside this website.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms (including deposits, milestones, and final payment) are agreed upon per project and may vary by platform (e.g. Upwork) or direct agreement. Work on a project, or delivery of final files/source code, may be withheld until payment terms agreed for that project have been met.

4. Ownership & Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for a completed project, ownership of the final deliverables (website, code, or automation workflow built specifically for that client) transfers to the client, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Until full payment is received, all work remains my property.

All content on this portfolio website itself (text, images, design, and code not built for a specific client) is owned by Imdadullah unless otherwise stated, and may not be reused without permission.

I retain the right to showcase completed client projects in my portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials, unless the client requests confidentiality in writing before or during the project.

5. Third-Party Tools, APIs & Platforms

Some Services rely on third-party tools, platforms, or APIs (such as hosting providers, AI model providers, or automation platforms). I am not responsible for outages, pricing changes, policy changes, or service discontinuation by these third parties, though I will make reasonable efforts to inform clients of any impact to their project and assist with alternatives where possible.

6. Revisions & Project Scope

The number of included revisions and the defined scope of a project are set per engagement (for example, as listed in a service tier or agreed proposal). Requests beyond the agreed scope or revision count may be treated as additional work and billed accordingly.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate, timely information, content, and access (such as credentials or API keys) needed to complete a project. Delays caused by late or incomplete information from the client may affect agreed delivery timelines.

8. Confidentiality

Any confidential business information shared by a client during a project will be used solely for the purpose of completing that project and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided with reasonable skill and care, but I am not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered websites, automations, or related work, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate an ongoing project engagement by written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment for work completed up to that point.

11. Changes to These Terms

I may update these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy from time to time without prior notice. Continued use of this website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
